I want to share my experience with the RX 350 (2024) and express my regret about purchasing this car.

it doesn’t feel like the high-quality Lexus I expected—the materials and build seem cheaper.
Second, the cabin is not as quiet as I’d hoped. While engine noise is well-insulated, other sounds are frustratingly noticeable.
The most annoying is that strange sound that occurs in different situations:when you drive up the car in the morning, when you accelerate or while turning on the AC lasts a few seconds then goes away then keeps on coming back At times, sometimes appears randomly and even remains on . The sound, which resembles clicking, rattling, or whistling, seems to come from the engine and is audible in the cabin.
When I reported it to the dealership, I was told it’s “normal.” Later, another technician at the dealership said it come from the fuel injector pump and its part of that engine and how it’s built Has anyone else experienced this? Why does this sound occur, and why hasn’t Lexus addressed it?
