What is The RX 500 $160 Towing Package?

Hello,
In 'Building' the 2023 RX 500 on the Lexus site, under packages there is an option for "3,500 towing Capacity" package for only $160.
With Lexus options $160 doesn't usually buy you much.
What does this include?
Thank you,
Adam

That is $110 less than the last generation RX towing package and it included a heavy duty radiator and cooling fan, and engine and transmission oil coolers. I see a few dealer sites say the 2023 package includes the same stuff but I think it's just as likely that they are recycling copy from the previous generation web pages.

Thank you for the reply. I think you are right that they are recycling prior generation web pages.

I am having a hard time believing "heavy duty radiator and cooling fan, and engine and transmission oil coolers" is all for $160: $10 less that Mud Guards 😀

Well mud guards don't exist on the car off the assembly line so you're adding a part to the car along with labor to install it. Installing upgraded parts in place of another one on the assembly line is just the cost difference in producing the parts. Are you even seeing any with the tow package on dealer sites? I can't remember seeing one myself. It could be only $160 because it does include less. For instance with a turbo motor it may already have an engine oil cooler while the V6 may not have.
Urlik,
The Lexus corporation site - Build a 2023 RX500 ---under Packages "3,500-LB TOWING CAPACITY" @ $160 ---under Accessories "Mud Guards" @ $170

I don't understand what you mean by "Mud Guards don't exist".
All 2023 RX have 4 cylinders now.
Thanks for the reply but I still don't understand what you get for the $160. I still don't believe the price difference between 'Standard' and "Heavy Duty" is only $160 with profit mark-ups.

Yeah, I edited it to be much clearer. Hadn't had my coffee yet.
