I'm glad to see this website exists! Just joined although I wish I joined 6 months ago when I bought my new Lexus.
My car absorbed today some scratches and 2 small dents in and around my rear passenger side as a result of my bike rack almost falling off the trunk during a turn. [Photos attached]. First world problem for sure but boy am I bummed out about the scratches this caused.
I'm betting this will be a painfully costly lesson, but would appreciate any guidance or advice on pursuing these repairs. So, 4 questions:
(After these repairs are fixed, I'm going to install a bike trailer hitch).

+ Could anyone advise me if any of these scratches are repairable with a DIY kit?
+ Would anybody be able to provide an estimate of how much it would cost to repair these scratches?
+ Would anybody be able to provide an estimate of how much it would cost to repair small dents to the trunk and rear passenger side?
+ Would it be prudent to only use the Lexus dealership body shop to address these repairs? Or would any certified body shop be able to make such repairs?
