Congratulations on getting your RX 350 @LexusOwnerKaty and welcome to the forum! I haven't seen this before but it's something that should be taken care of by Lexus. Have you taken it to your dealer?
I have an appointment on Saturday. Hopefully it is minor. Just wanted to check if others have problems as well.Congratulations on getting your RX 350 @LexusOwnerKaty and welcome to the forum! Great ride. No issues with Lexus. I wouldn't want to drive anything else. I should say the new electronics and features are little overwhelming.Welcome to the forum @LexusOwnerKaty. Other than that issue, how are you liking your new RX?
I got it resolved at the dealer today. The technician said this part was detached from the clip. Thanks for all the comments.I got my 2023 RX 350 Premium (Nebula Gray and Birch combo) few days ago. My previous car is also RX 350 - 2008 model.
When I got the car I was trying memory settings for drivers on the dash board. As soon as I pushed it to save settings, the unit (that says Set --> 1 --> 2 -->3) just fell back into the dash. It appears like it was not connected to anything in the back or nothing to keep that in place. Any new owners experienced this? Also, is there a way to log this issue on Lexus website?
